How to Maintain Strength and Energy

It is necessary to eat every day to maintain strength and energy. When we don't, our bodies weaken. The same is true with our spirits. To maintain spiritual strength, we must feed our spirits every day with the Word of God, our spiritual food. I think God required the Israelites to gather manna every morning so that they would learn to come to Him daily.
