"The wisdom of God devised a way for the love of God to deliver sinners from the wrath of God while not compromising the righteousness of God." ~ John Piper
I enjoy collecting quotations that inspire thought and provide motivation for eternal change.

No Comfort in the Bible UNLESS...
"The Bible has no comfort whatsoever to give to people who are not Christians - none at all; indeed the exact opposite. The Bible has nothing to say to such people except to warn them to flee from the wrath to come. It tells them that the sufferings of this present hour are not worthy to be compared with the sufferings they are going to endure, that these are but a foretaste of what is coming to them, that the account of the Flood, the destruction of Sodom and Gomorrah, and all similar calamities are but faint pictures of the suffering that is going to come to those who do not belong to the Lord Jesus Christ. There is no comfort here for an unbeliever - none at all." ~ Martyn Lloyd-Jones (Romans - The Perseverance Of The Saints)

Conviction Not Condemnation
"...the Spirit brings conviction, but never condemnation. Godly conviction produces Godly repentance whereas worldy guilt produces a crippling spiritual paralysis that prevents us from seeing God's grace for the sake of His wrath. What we forget is that that wrath has been dealt with, and the only concern that God has for our sin is in abolishing it from our lives, not rubbing our noses in it. The latter comes only from the enemy." ~ Erik Lauren Mayle
